Maui elopements are meant to be intimate and can stay that way with up to 12 guests.   If you have more than 12 guests, we require adding on an onsite coordinator for an additional $350 to ensure the ceremony goes smoothly.  Hawaii allows up to 25 guests max for a permit. Coordinating and corralling this many people on a beach can be overwhelming, let us help make your Maui beach ceremony a smooth and enjoyable experience!

**please consider the State of Hawaii does not allow arches, seating, or sound amplification for beach ceremonies. The more people there are, the more difficult it is to gather close to hear the ceremony. 

**we suggest adding more photography time for groups over 12 to allow time to capture photos of the group and the couple.
